If you find one, there are good chances you find 5-8 around. cfg file that gives you a dot for aiming with instead of it disappearing when you draw your bow. I'll scout around and see what I can sabotage in the bandits' camp. You cannot just craft Special Arrows in the game by default, or just buy them somewhere.
